But then it gets better.....Come July 2008 all Primes are to be 100% employee based, and coming soon to a project near you, all payouts will be based on points rather than line items and it won't be in our favor. AWA's will be done away with and you'll have to call their dispatch (and listen to "thank you for your patience") to create a pole job to have any extra work the sub wants added to your WO's.
Any body work in a system where they limit your points to a max for the day ? say 120-140 ?
I don't know about you but I get more than one job a day where the WO calls for 1 vid outlet and one outlet for the emta but it's a reco to a 4 bedroom home. "But the sales person said everything was going to be hooked up"
