You posted an ad seeking work that was removed from the discussion area and placed for free in the Classified section that others WOULD NORMALLY PAY FOR, and a couple other responses were moved to private messages. As the posting rules clearly state, seeking work ads are not allowed in the discussion forum. The nature of contracting is that everyone is always seeking future work and it's not practical on a site with this many members to allow unlimited posts of that nature.
The only post of yours actually removed was from Companies for name-calling. I hope you understand why that's not allowed.
