Responsibilities: Provide accurate payroll, credit card records, billing information and material usage Provide prices to bid construction projects Scheduling multiple construction projects and manpower to fulfill the needs of the projects Acquire subcontractors and set prices Acquire materials and set prices Lead construction meetings Meeting deadlines placed by customers Analyze monthly P&L statements Ensure U/G Dept. adheres to all company policies, federal, state and local safety regulations, all OSHA regulations and all policies of local ONE-CALL SYSTEM
Requirements: Must possess minimum 5 years Underground Construction experience and 3 years management experience. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be computer literate. Experience with Microsoft Office and Scheduling a plus. Ability to read FIBER, TELEPHONE and COAX prints Underground COAX, FIBER and TELEPHONE construction Placement of FIBER, TELEPHONE and COAX for building service and in existing underground facilities Placement of E.M.T. for building entrances Proper use of equipment and Equipment/vehicle maintenance Job site safety for state and local regulations
