If you don't have the funds to hire someone right now, then you shouldn't be seeking out a contract because you're gonna be hard pressed to make payroll.
Go the other route, buy lots of hookers and blow and take the head of contractor relations for your area over to Las Vegas for the weekend and you'll have a contract before the stripper's panties hit the floor.
