Could anyone tell me where to get the scoop in black and white as far as having in-house employees? I'm a sub and I need to know if there are laws as to how long you keep back pay (is 2 weeks too long?) and if there are laws for keeping retained earnings on in-house people. I know of subs that do, but I want to have it in writing. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!
