End of Contracting , I doub't it , sooner or later they will realize its contractors that carry most of the work load. Employees have skyrocketed the price of insurance for the prime. This is just another attempt for the Mother Companies to Control this Industry. Its time for a UNION of Contractors . Before I'll go inhouse again I'll get out . We need a good strike across the USA of all CATV people. Whats your opinion???????????
