Know what you mean!! My company does not give anymore advances just because of this problem. People keep bitching about getting ripped of when they are most likely quilty of ripping off the company they are working for.

They hauled ass leaving the company out money and me out of money that we couldn't afford to just give away. Never said a word just left. Now just how damned sad is that to not only rip off a company but to also rip off someone trying to give a helping hand? This business has gone to hell anymore and it used to be a great industry full of hard working HONEST individuals. I am beginning to wonder about that anymore.
