That is pretty harsh, having someone rob you of your keys at gunpoint. Are the keys the only thing he was after? Were you carjacked?
This is a very strange situation. If the keys were all that the thief was after, then I would guess there is an even larger theft planned in the near future.
If the guy has your wallet and keys, change the locks on your home before you come home to an empty house. I would also change all other locks that were stolen.
As far as the system keys go, Comcast would probably love to know the keys are in the hands of an armed thief. Did you tell Comcast security about this? I would get a police report as Mr Gunn instructed.
Cover you rear, and do not waste another day. Your whole life could be ruined if you do not take any precautions to protect yourself. I would venture to say that $500.00 will soon be the least of your problems should you not heed my advice.
