I to work for a company they acquired, 2 years ago Nov. We lost a lot in benefits, but we were owned by Excel Energy so we had really good benies. There was very little in the way of changes, same management, same tools/equipment and the same old day to day crap. As a company they're the same as every other cable company out there, on the bright side the paychecks always cash and you know where you're working tomorrow. Don't expect any changes for the good or bad.
