We did guality work for National Digital Cable- Eric Brewer but had to leave because the work had been shut down. So I guess he felt that he is owed our retainage. There was nothing in the contract that a retainage would be withheld. I know of several subs that he has not paid and is telling others that the subs have been paid. Who else has been hit by Brewer. Mechanics lein has been filed
