No, you have not missed a thing. What you see is an obvious breech in the LAW but as I stated before, Corporate America plays by different rules than the ones we are forced to abide by. The only way to correct the problem is to legally expose these companies, for what they do and continue to do, through the legal system. Unless people, like the ( wifeofacableguy ), petition their Government things will only get worse. America is run by corporations nowadays and quite frankly does not give a hoot about you or the consequences of their actions as long as it improves their bottom line. This is why it is so very important that people spend the time to understand the LAWS of this country and redress the ones that have been and are now being breeched. For if the people fail in their civic DUTY than at some point we will, for the most part, have given up our rights to a few elitist with only their self interest a heart.
