Thanks man, not sure about cement poles, ,,,the steel ondes are pegged out with a slip nut every 12 or so inches with a diff thread than anything bell carries. There ARE gaffs that slip around them but-cheaper- there are also removeable steps that are the same as the 1st 3 or four on an old telco pole before the hammer in permanent ones.
