Agreed 100% i trained gacable when he started. And he turned out ok. Granted his first day out he got a dish buyback from hell. but we wont go there rite now. there have been guys i have trained and just couldnt get it. and there were some that i thaught could take my job. But simple thing here is what i tell all my guys. TREAT THE CUSTOMERS HOME LIKE YOU WOULD YOURS. would you want wires dangling off your house. would you want un neccesary holes in your house . stuff like that.
