I should have said any valid complaints, Sorry... Some people just want shi* for free no matter how nice you are, or how professional, or that you show up before scheduled/or on time . Most of the time has been good with customers, there will always be *ssholes. There has been a lawsuit that invloved backcharges and blackballing, We won that lawsuit after 2 years, , had to go after the MSO, but we won, You have to have tenacity in this business or it will eat you up and spit you out and go after the next guy..
