There is to many latinos willing to work for **** with no stick.That's the problem with ****ing primes - too greedy.
By the way - latinos don't need guaranty to get pay,they don't even say a word if they don't get pay.
So I think good old days are in the past.Like u said everyone needs to stand by his statement for upfront money or whatever it takes to guaranty payments...
