Problems with Telsta A28C

I took my bucket truck in to have the boom lift cylinder leak repaired. When I got it back the leak was stopped but the cylinder drifts back down. Now they say it needs a new holding valve. The holding valve worked fine until they rebuilt the cylinder. Anybody have any advice on this? They charged me 1054.00 to fix the leak and I'm a little POd that tomorrow will be my 3rd trip to this shop.
