you are correct and i tried to stress that fact with the previous contract company i worked for. They treat their 1099's as if they were employee's only company that i had seen do that. Made no since to me at all but i dealt with it because i needed the paycheck finally when i already went broke working there i gave up. i stopped putting up with the demands and their rules.
