The Constitution was not based in any part on Christianity. That is purely myth. Many of the people we call Founding Fathers were, like most educated people during the Enlightenment, deists. While they allowed the existence of a Supreme Being (God), they didn't support any single religion.
Looking for that in written law? Just a decade after the Constituion was ratified, Congress approved and President John Adams signed the Treaty of Tripoli in 1797, which included:
"As the Government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion; ..."
