unfortunately, Oregon is not the only state that works like this. California is quite similar. You HAVE to stay on top of everything - document the names and badges of cops who refuse to help you enforce the court orders. If they help people get their belongings out of their houses during domestic issues, they should be helping during child custody issues. Take pictures (or video is better) to record conditions that you don't find favorable to your son's welfare. You HAVE to get a female lawyer, one that shows up to court on time for sure. It's super easy for the State to lose their records on you and if you don't have copies for yourself, you will be screwed. I know a guy who had to repay thousands of dollars because CA lost his file and he had no proof that he had paid anything. What a joke!
