Didn't hear it Nate, had to comply with it to work. If the sidewalk had a substantial crack in it we were instructed to take a digital picture of it before putting a tire on it to cover our a$$. We were issued hazerdous waste kits in case our trucks leaked any oil. If you pumped out a manhole, the storm drain had to have a fabric filter inserted to catch any trash. If you open you truck door to stand and take a leak, any inspectors see you, your charged with indecent exposure. This was just out side Seattle. Verizon FTTP , We were subbing from Expertek. Took about 3 weeks of they're double talk and left for greener pastures.
