There is nothing "YOU" can do in a situation like this, "ONLY" a very good Lawyer can get this corrected.
The BEST money you will EVER spend is on a GOOD Lawyer.
My last divorce cost 27K just in legal fees. I had 3 kids still at home, the oldest, 16 at the time, chose to live with her mother. I had to pay $300 a month support on her, I got joint custody on the 2 youngest and pay $0 support on them. Why, because I hired the BEST Divorce in town. I have Joint, Co-Primary Residential Custody on my 2 youngest. I also kept the house.
How did this happen? I asked around for the meanest, Female, BullDog , divorce lawyer in my town and hired her. Can you guess how many Lawyers are in the state capital of Florida, thrust me there are WAY MORE here than anyone could ever need!
If you really love your kids hire the best, Lady BullDog you can, pay whatever she charges and take care of your kids.
BTW, It took me 4 years to pay the fee's.
