Something I watch out for if I take a job on is if the company I'm working for has In-house employees working the same job. Sometimes they seem to be a little Bias in distributing the work load fairly. I'll take the good with the bad but I'm not going do easements everyday while the inhouse guys are on the street. Happen to me in Cleveland sweeping 32 nodes left. I walked in and the supervisor told me what nodes I had 14 out of 16 where all easement while the inhouse had 16 all street. I left the same day.
