First of all, if you didn't pay for the tools in full then they are not yours. Sounds like you are new to the business and no one else wanted to take the route where you have to drive 70 miles to and from each job. Second, if you go to Home Depot you can get about 80% of the tools needed for installing. Then go on Ebay for the rest. Like someone else said, you don't need to end your first and only cable job in a bad way. Be a man and give the idiot his tools back! If he owes you a last oaycheck then give them back when you receive that.
