They probably weren't expecting anybody with experience to be applying for that position. You should be applying for a higher position if you want in with TWC. Get in touch with some of your old contacts - you might be able to get in with somebody's referral. And do they offer full benefits with the $9? It all adds up from the employer's perspective, but honestly - that is just way too low of a wage for your experience.
