This is an attempt to calibrate my crystal ball. Where to you guys see the money going in our industry in the future.
Other than doing installs, disco, collections and converter pickups. (I feel these activities will decline as more smart taps are put in the field and fully addressable converters are used.)
How would you rate the following jobs as potential money makers
1. Converter upgrades
smart card only change outs
Digital broadcast only units (May slip FCC changed deadline)
II. Node splitting
III Module upgrade swap outs
IV. Potholing and path profiling
V. Pole contact audits
VI Locating services
VII. Traditional OH/UG construction & Maint work
VIII. Trenchless Technology or Directional Drilling
If you do not see a job that you think is going to be a " money maker" add it
