I was at a system before, were we taped them and then played them on a loop saturday and wednesday nights on our Local O. Not exactly what you're talking about, but probably easier. Low cost and the subs liked knowing when it was coming on and being able to watch it when they wanted. Plus with that setup you can play other things too.
