Do you have 30 techs waiting to roll, do you have 6 months capital, do you have an office staff of 10 waiting to work on the miscellaneous charges they give you, do you have a bottle of tums and an endless supply of Tylenol, if you answer yes to the above then call DTV Dealer Support and ask them for a meeting to discuss HSP setup, oh by the way, they are not accepting any applications at this time or in the future. They are trimming down to 8 total HSP locations nationwide. Good luck, been down that road, lost a lot of installer friends, still paying on the loan to cover the final payroll, still watch the bad crews from the local HSP doing bad work at 12 an hour. This may sound like a rant, well, it is. Best bet for you, specialize in commercial or MDU work, better pay, better hours, less headaches, it is all we do now and we are back on track to make a profit even with all the trouble from last year.
