Re: 1099 employeee

Thanks for the information guys. Why I ask is because I worked for an company that gave me a 60 day waiver on insurances and I never finalized the insurance as they completed work in the area I was working at, just before the end of the 60 day period. I no longer work there so I am clarifying how the irs terms a true independent contractor.
