There is an exact focal point for that dish and that is where the LNB's pickup needs to be. Any cutting that you do is not likely going to get you any better gain than the D500 because you are very likely not going to be dead-on with that focal point if you modify that dish.
Your best option would be to use the DTV LNB and go with a legacy system. Another option would be to use the 1K2 dish with a "W" yoke and position the 129 LNB in the middle and use a separate 500 for the 110 and 119.
You might even be able to take a DP Dual and cut it with a hacksaw to fit into the square tube.
