I had problem with charge backs in Miami,FL. In my situation management had 1 kiss ace guy who was going behind installers and charging 35$ job back by installing 5 wire clips,or some other little stuff,that took him 5 min to complete.
I asked for CB prove with a picture and detail "fixing" description with mng and tech signatures.Fortunately for me,they did not had it.So I got all my CBs $ back.
It worked for me.Maybe it will work for you.Good look!
