No, no it doesn't. If that is being done in your system you need to address this with your Installation supervisor or Tech Op's Manager. Any customer installed equipment IE: modems etc.. are only put on you if they create a service call and you respond and THEN a T/C arises! If you have a local Quality Assurance Tech in your system you can clear this up with them also.
