Sure looks like alot of work out there right now . $1500.00 sign on bonus for a certain location for splicers . Looks like a good hurricane would put this industry on its ear . Maybe then prices might go back up . If you've got good help pay them what their worth. The prices I've been seeing wont get you people . Bring up the prices and maybe you will get some good help.
