In the late 80's with AT&T cables after the first 10 you went to a Dash Blue, Dash Orange for 11 & 12 . If the count was greater than 48, then you had a Dash Green (#13) in the blue and orange binders. This fiber could be designated to anywhere in the cable if the factory broke one in manufacturing. Only time I ever used it was in a 64 ct. leaving a HE in Lebanon NH. Fiber 35 I think (its been close to 20 yrs) was broken from the factory and they designated the first dash green to it.Hope the system kept the paperwork after I left!
