Started placing fiber long haul nation wide back in 1980 for MCI along Railroad ROW, built fiber networks for coal, steel, auto,educational,correctional,federal,state,county every since.
First Fiber placed for CATV was back in 92, when I was building the Boston Complex back in late 60's, a company from England [Called Defusion ?????] was in the area building network systems for the state.
