Here is part of the problem. Republicans know that Cubans hate the Democratic Party for stopping the invasion of Cuba. They now all vote Republican.The rate of Cubans that have entered America since has been an enormous number. You can take a trip to south florida if you doubt me. Mexicans also vote the same thing after they have established their businesses and become successful. Mexicans who can't pull themselves out of poverty after entering the country utilise the government assistance. If they remain in this position for a long time they vote democratic. Our politicians know this and have exploited it. That is why there has been no real reform until now. The two things that fueled this reform is the threat of terrorism and that we the people are fed up. Cubans will not be under this reform bill.
