Let it be known that I do not install, but that looks damn good to me! That is a great tool for your installers. There are hundreds of variables that can take place in the field AKA the real world, but in the end you have added a great basis to work with and there should be no excuses in your area for shoddy work. The power company has about an acre of land in my area devoted to this type of training. you should also have a training manual with photos for your trainees with many scenarios you will run across in your market. GOOD JOB!
