CC and BB went "in house" with their sat, computer, and home theatre installs, so to them and all other 'retailers', an installer is an installer is an installer...especially if english is a second or third language! AND they are more than happy to create employee churn to drive our prices down while they procede to charge even more for their "professional" installers that do nothing but slam it in and get out as quick as they can. They also supply the truck full of alternate parts and cables to replace the ones the original salesperson shoved down the customer's throat during the sale that aren't even close to what's needed!
BUT what do we know...we're just installers........
