Back in the analog days before DCTs and HSI, etc., it was a possibility. Especially in Vegas where I worked because the majority of homes there were new build and prewired. We also had separate underground crews for the drops and so the underground laterals were in place and the prewires for the home were in place. It was also policy with Prime Cable at the time to give the best neighborhoods to the best techs. So those of us who sold lots of HBO and had good QCs could find ourselves on a prewire route. Those were the good days when one could clear a grand a week and gas was a $1.20 and we were always getting our log number by 6pm.
Did I mention the system there was overbuilt so levels were rarely an issue?
