if you ask why you will just get ****ed worse ......you are just suppose to shut your mouth and lose money or screw your people by paying them less and less and less until you have no good people or you just QUIT!!!! .......this industry is in for a correction or it will become UNION......after a life long commitment you would think they would see the future they are making for them selves
