For all those out there that have been burned on retainage or invoiced work!!!!!!! DO NOT LET IT SLIDE ANY LONGER!!!!!!!!!
Make it a legal matter!!!!
If you let them continue "NON-Payment" of retainage or invoiced work or "Neglegence" in any kind "breach of contract"...etc.......It will continue like it has and fester!!!!!!!!!!
To all those small businesses out there!!!!!! Stay firm!! Don't let em walk on you!!!!
