He either plead guilty or was going to be brought up on Rico charges which is 20 years. The feds had him dead to rights I am in Virginia right now and from what i have been told he was caught fighting dogs while in college. His actiopns are why VT had no problem kicking his brother out they had enough of the Vick's I guess.
