Ya gotta expect it when burger flippers at the MSO , are in the drivers seat . Don't get me wrong here there are some great people with the MSO's . Its the bean counters that count the beans that don't have a clue why you pay for Quality the first time. Its like buying a tool do you go to wal mart or the supply houses . If you break the tool from Wal Mart they will replace it , but how about the money you cost yourself away from the job because it broke. Common sense will hopefully prevail , but I doubt it . Duck
