Yeah...I'd say you have an RF issue. You want to check your RF levels into your Tx first. As Joe said...there is a range of acceptable RF input, and those SA Prisma 1 Tx's are a little sensitive. Also...you said you are getting snowy pics...all channels, or some channels? If only some channels, do you have an off-air broadcast station close by interfering maybe at that node? Is it being seen at customer houses, or are you the only one noticing it, and only at the node test point?

Also...what's the temperature like in the site? I'm sure it isnt a sauna in there...but is it maybe a little warm this time of year, like 74-80...? Or how is the vented room for that Tx chassis in the rack? I have seen issues with those Tx's related to building temperature. Might be another thing to consider if all else seems fine.

Give some more feedback, and I'm sure it will become more clear where the problem is.
