Like Mark said check the level of your hydraulc fluid level in the holding tank . How long has it been since you changed the filter. Are their any scrapes in the second stage where it contacts the nylon skid bushings. If you were stand ing behind the basket end of the boom looking at the second stage in comparison to the first stage is it straight as it goes in and out or is the bucket at a canter because of severly worn bushings . Does it operate the same fron the upper and lower controls? James McCurdy is up in Michigan , I'll see if I can get up with him and find out where you can take it if you can't figure it out . Duck
