During our short stay in NC, the branch of DMV we dealt with were totally inept, only one person supposedly was able to handle our vehicles with registration changes, etc., and ended up having to call her supervisor AT HOME in order to find out what to do....
I am pleased to say that here in our local NY branch, the personnel are very selective about the ID/form filling out - especially when it come to illegals...who expect the girls to fill out the forms for them....the girls refuse, tell them if they can't fill out the form, they shouldn't be there. Of course, they do it in a much nicer way - I'd be fired in 2 minutes if I dealt with the same situation!
