no doubt good legal representation was a factor but the jury created the injustice. My wifes parents were murdered by their nephew some 22 years ago, while in their sleep, and once caught he confessed to it. He got 2 life sentences and was up for parole after the first twenty years. Now we go to parole hearings every year to contest his release.
