I was at the DMV in El Monte, transfering the plates for my "scoot" from Az to Cali. when they made the annoucement. The whole place was hollerin' "hooray"! Asked the clerk what was up and he told me they just exonerated (my words, not his) O.J. I guess ya gotta understand "what" comprises the DMV in El Monte. Figured then i must be in the "wrong" place!
