That's exactly what i don't understand about the law, everyone is supposed to get a fair trial but there are very few who can afford an F.Lee Bailey high profile lawyer to defend them. Without equal representation how can you have the same chance as everyone else even if tried for the same crime? Any time i've gone to court there was very little even discussed, it was though i was guilty and trying to prove my innocence instead of the other way around, They had no proof at all that i hit that stupid S.O.B. with a beer bottle because there was not another soul around who saw me do it, but he filed charges in court and the Judge asked me if i did it and i said i'd never seen him before in my life and the Judge said guilty, now how do you reckon he knew who was tellin the truth and who wasn't? It wasn't like they took fingerprints off the bottle or anything!
