I know this question is a bit vague, but I've been tasked to do something new to my skill set. Appreciate, your kind input.
Set up a new optical TX (SA Prisma 6473 10Db) out to a series of patch pannels (2) and then to a 4 way optical coupler (25% x 4), then finally out to 4 separate nodes (SA 6940). Each node's Rx is receiving around 0db to +2 and 1V DC on the optical voltage test point.
My question is what could cause snow in my pictures on most of my channels at my node off of my test TV set. RF levels are good, Pictures are fair just a bit of snow in the background. When you look at the black color in the pic's you can really see it good.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks you
