Can you recommend a CMTS?

I am asking if anyone could recommend a CMTS. This is the application. We are a utilitie company that has catv,power,gas,h2o and sewer. We do not plan to do internet service anytime soon. What we would like to accomplish is to monitor our power supplies for CATV and also our lift stations for waste water. (presently using wireless). We use the APC status monitoring power supplies w/ battery backup. Just looking for some suggestions. Presently we have 80 power supplies and 40 or so lift stations. (Power supplies numbers to rise in the near future due to growth) Any suggestions or pointers would be helpful. Thanks ....
